Immunoblot strip analysis

Detect C1 / reference anchors, measure corrected band intensity at every expected 3 mm position, and export Excel results with a demo Positive / Negative / Undetermined interpretation.

How to use this portal

  1. Get a strip image. Download the bundled sample pair below, or use your own PNG / JPEG / TIFF of one or more vertical immunoblot strips.
  2. Choose a run mode. Click Run analysis on sample to process the bundled image immediately — no download or upload required. Or upload an image and click Analyze upload.
  3. Review the preview. The portal shows the annotated strip image, per-strip interpretation, and a color-coded table of all 34 expected band positions.
  4. Export results. Download the Excel workbook, annotated PNG, CSV, or JSON.

1. Sample image

Two-strip photograph from the original job brief: left strip is the Positive example, right strip is the Negative example. Sample lanes used by the demo are 20:65 and 88:134.
